摘要
目的探讨非离子造影剂不良反应发生特点。材料与方法:统计分析10081例使用非离子造影剂调查表中不良反应发生情况。结果本调查表中三种非离子造影剂的不良反应发生率为0.33%～0.67%;Logistic回归分析显示:年龄是发生不良反应的主要危险因素。结论:非离子造影剂不是绝对安全,少数患者会发生不同程度的不良反应。
Objective To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） of nonionic contrast medium in order to conduct the clinical drug using. Methods A statistical analysis of ADR was conducted on the 10081 cases of using non-ionic contrast medium.Results The ADR incidence of non-ionic contrast medium is 0.33%-0.67% ;An analysis of Logistic regression shows that the age is the main risk factors of non-ionic contrast medium. Conclusions The non-ionic contrast medium is not absolutely safe and a few patients will have different reation to it.
