摘要
以鹌鹑蛋壳为原料,采用正交实验探讨中和法制备柠檬酸钙的工艺条件。研究结果表明,制备柠檬酸钙的优化工艺条件为:鹌鹑蛋壳于800℃煅烧90min;蛋壳灰分得率为55.27%,按灰分与水的比例1:17制成石灰乳,然后加入2mol/L柠檬酸溶液,用量为石灰乳体积的83.3%,在60℃条件下中和1h;所得柠檬酸钙产品纯度达95%以上。
Using partridge eggshell as material, the technological conditions for the preparing of calcium citrate with neutralization method were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The results indicate that the optimal technology conditions were as follows: the partridge eggshell was calcined for 90 minutes at 800℃, and the ash yield of eggshell was 55.27%. The ash was mixed with water to produce lime milk, in which the weight ratio of ash to water is 1 : 17 (v/v), then the mixture was neutralized at 60℃ for 1 hour with 2 mol/L citric acid solution. The citric acid solution used was 83.3% of lime milk. The purity of calcium citrate was more than 95%.
