摘要
本文重点介绍了从越南巨竹竹叶中提取纯化黄酮的工艺，并通过实验分析得出其提取纯化的最佳工艺流程。结果表明：用聚酰胺为吸附层析的装柱材料，样液进样浓度为2．0mg／mL，进样流速1．5mL／min，乙醇浓度80％，流速3．0mL／min，最大流量350mL。
The extraction and purification of flavoniod from leaves of Dendrocalamus yunnanicus Hsueg et D. Z.Li were studied, and the optimum conditions for the purification were obtained. The results showed that using the chromatography column packed with polyamide, sample concentration was 2.0 mg/mL at 1.5 mL/min, the ethanol concentration 80% at 3.0mL/min, with maximum quantity of flow 350 mL.
