摘要
介绍了方便食品的概念，特点和分类，对我国几种主要方便食品一方便面、冷冻食品、方便主食、休闲食品和微波食品的发展历史与现状和发展前景进行了阐述，并对新世纪方便食品的发展作了预测。
The concept, characteristics and classification of convenient food were reviewed in this article. The present situation and the future develpment of some main convenient foods in China includingt instant noodle, frozen food, main meal replace, leisure food and microwave food were discussed. The development trends of convenient food in the new century were also forecasted.
