敏感性编码技术及清除技术在裸鼠异位移植瘤MR弥散成像中的应用

摘要 ①目的探讨在1.5T双梯度高效率(HP)磁共振(MR)中使用SENSE(敏感性编码)及CLEAR(清除)技术对裸鼠异位移植瘤MR弥散成像的可行性。②方法选用头部相控阵线圈,运用SENSE及CLEAR技术对45只腹腔转移瘤裸鼠行T2/TSE序列矢状位、冠状位及轴位扫描及弥散加权成像轴位扫描。使用C3表面线圈以同样方法进行扫描,精选10只图像质量较好的裸鼠作为对照组,并进行比较,判定其可行性。③结果使用头部相控阵线圈的T2WI图像其细节显示更清晰,信噪比更高,时间更短。弥散加权成像能显示T2WI所显示的所有结节,图像令人满意,且呼吸伪影更少。④结论1.5T双梯度高效率(HP)磁共振头部相控阵线圈的SENSE及CLEAR技术对裸鼠腹腔转移瘤MR弥散成像是可行的,其图像质量优于C3表面线圈。 Objective To investigate the possibility of MR diffusion -weighted imaging (DWI)in nude mice grafted with human cancer using sense and clear technic in the new 1.5 T and double grade - field MR(HP). Methods Forty - five nude mice with abdominal metastatic tumors were scanned from sagital, coronal and traverse T2W/TSE sequences and traverse diffusion sequences using the sense and clear technic in head coil. Using the same way in C3 coil, 10 nude mice grafted with human cancer that the imaging quality was better were chose as control group to compare and determinant the feasibility. Results The T2WI imaging was clearer in quality, higher in signal to noise ratio and quicker in time in sense head coil. DWI could show all the small nodltlar lesions on T2WI, tile imaging quality was good and the breathing false film was much less. Conclusion It was feasible to study the diffusion imaging in nude mice grafted with human cancer using sense and clear technic in sense head coil and the imaging quality in head coil was better than that in C3 coil.
