构建和谐社会,关注资源型城市转型中的社会问题

CONSTRUCT HARMONIOUS SOCIETY,FOCUS ON SOCIAL ISSUES IN RESOURCES CITIES DURING TRANSFORMATION

做好资源型城市的转型工作,是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。资源型城市的转型不仅是一个经济转型的过程,更是整个社会转型的过程。在这个过程中,会产生很多其他城市所没有的或者形势比其他城市更严峻的社会问题。如果这些问题不能够得到很好的解决和控制,将会引起更严重的冲突等事件,影响城市的稳定。本文通过三个层次,对这些社会问题进行了粗略的分析,旨在提醒政府关注转型中的社会问题,促进政府解决好已经存在的问题,同时避免一些潜在问题的发生,以推进资源型城市的平稳转型,促进和谐社会的构建。

To make a good transformation for resources cities is an important part to construct harmonious society. This transformation is not only on economy, but also on the entire society, which will raise many severe issues in resources cities that may not take place in other non-resources cities. These issues, if not treated well, can lead to more serious conflicts affecting social stability. This paper, based on these social issues, aims to urge government to give more attentions on transformation of resources cities so as to deal with the existing issues and to avoid the potential problems, promoting the stable transformation of resources cities for a harmonious society.
