摘要
经济全球化客观上要求国内的企业走出国门,通过全球矿业资本市场融资,在国内外进行矿产资源勘查和开采投资活动,更好地参与全球资源优化配置。本文从矿业经济全球化的主要表现出发,探讨了中国矿业企业发展所面临的形势,最后指出企业和政府在矿业经济全球化中应采取的主要措施和策略。
Following the economic globalization, it is necessary for internal enterprises to go abroad to attract investment via global mining capital market and to explore and mine mineral resources worldwide so as to participate in the global resources optimization. This paper, based on performance of mining economic globalization, discusses the situation for Chinese mining enterprises and presents some measures for enterprises and government to take during mining economic globalization.
