摘要
社会经济的快速发展,使上一轮土地利用总体规划在实施过程中出现许多新的矛盾和问题,规划修编势在必行。本文以新疆为例,就上一轮土地利用总体规划存在的问题提出新一轮规划修编的原则及几点建议。
The rapid economlc-social development necessitates a revision on general planning for new Land Utilization due to the emerging conflicts and problems during practicing the existing general planning of Land Utilization, This paper, based on the current problems during the general planning of land utilization, presents some principles and suggestions to revise the current land planning.
