肺癌MRI的临床应用比较

目的:分析探讨MRI诊断支气管肺癌瘤灶、淋巴结转移、纵隔侵犯、远处转移及分期中的作用与价值。方法应用西门子MAGNETOM 1.5T磁共振机,增强造影剂使用Gd-DTPA制剂,常规T_1WI、T_2WI、脂肪抑制及增强。MarconiMX8000 4层螺旋CT机,增强造影剂使用非离子型制剂,常规肺窗、纵隔窗及增强。对65例经手术及病理资料诊断证实的肺癌进行MRI诊断回顾性分析。结果:可清楚显示淋巴结转移、纵隔侵犯及远处转移,明确肿瘤的范围,确定肺癌手术分期。结论:MRI在肺癌诊断中具有重要的、甚至是独特的价值。

Methods With Siemens Magnetoml.ST MRI ,Gd-DTPA as media, T1WI,T2WI,Fat suppression and contrast..MarconiMX8000 4-slice spiral CT, nonionic as media,lung window,soft-tissue window and constract.65 Bronchogenic carcinomas which were diagnosed abriously by operate and pathological materials were analysed in back look with MRI, Results MRI can deplay clearhg node ,metastasis and fartransfer, asure the scope of cancer and establish operation. Conclusion MRI has important even unique worth in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
