Clinicopathological observation of a large Spitz nevus

目的:探讨Spitz痣的形态特征及病理诊断和鉴别诊断。方法:报道1例Spitz痣并运用光镜观察及免疫组化分析,结合文献资料对本病的临床表现,病理形态学特点及鉴别诊断进行探讨。结果:spitz痣由梭形细胞和上皮样细胞构成,细胞有一定异型性,无不其型核分裂象。结论:Spitz是一种具有独特临床病理特征的良性病变,熟悉该肿瘤的组织学特点对避免误诊为恶性黑色素瘤具有重要意义。

Objective To study the clinicopathological features of spitz nevus,with emphasis on diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods：One typical cases of spitz nevus were analyzed by light microscopy and immunohistochemical.Results： The ceils of spitz nevus were composed of epithelial ceils and spindle cells,the ceils had some cytological atypia ,but mitotic atypical figures were absent.Conclusion：Spitz nevus is a distinctive benign disease.Recognizing this rare entity is important to avoid confusion with malignant melanoma.
