摘要
目的:分析医院感染常见非发酵菌鲍曼不动杆菌的分布特征及耐药情况。方法:常规方法进行细菌培养鉴定,K-B法检测鲍曼不动杆菌对10种抗生素的药敏结果。结果:189株鲍曼不动杆菌分布各异,对10种抗生素均存在耐药,耐药率为9.2%~79.3%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌已成为医院感染的重要致病菌,对多种抗生素存在高耐药率,而且耐药率在逐年上升,指导临床合理用药,药敏检测工作具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical distribution and the resistance of common non-fermentative Acinetobacter baumannii in hospital infection .Metheds To identify the bacteria culture in conventional method, K-B was used to detect these types of Acinetobacter baumannii to 10 antimicrobial agents in sensitive results. Results 189 cases' Acinetobacter baumannii were different distribution, they were detected to 10 antimicrobial agents in sensitive results, the resistance was 9.2%-79.3%. Conclusions Acinetobacter baumannii has become a major hospital infection pathogens, there was a high rate for a variety of antibiotic resistance, and the resistance rate is rising year on year. It may be of important value for instructing to apply drugs reasonably, and examining susceptibility testing work.
