摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断及预测手术可能性的意义。方法:对36例胃癌患者术前的预测与手术结果进行比较。结果:CT正确预测不宜手术12例,错误预测不宜手术3例;正确预测宜手术20例,错误预测宜手术1例。结论:螺旋CT能可靠地显示胃癌的手术可能性。
Objective To discuss the spiral CT diagnosis and significance of forecasting the resectability for patients with carcinoma of stomach. Methods： Among 36 patients with carcinoma of stomach,a comparison between the CT images and the results of operations have been made, Results： The CT positive signs were correct. Conclusion： Spiral CT is reliable with diagnosis resectability of stomach carcinoma.
