术前短期放射治疗在进展期中低位直肠癌治疗中的应用 被引量：2

Application of the preoperative short-term radiotherapy in advanced mid- low rectal cancer

摘要 对进展期直肠癌术前短期放疗的效果、与此有关的副作用及一些相关的热点问题进行综述。目前相关研究结果显示术前短期放疗可明显降低术后局部复发率，提高生存率，并有可能降低肿瘤分期，相对于其他辅助治疗手段来讲，术前放疗是安全而有效的。 This article aims to review the effects, adverse effects and some hotspots of the preoperative short-term radiotherapy for advanced rectal cancer. The results show that the preoperative short-term radiotherapy reduces the risk of local recurrence, improves the overall survival, and probably leads to down-staging. Compared to other adjuvant therapies, it is proved to be a safe and effective treatment.
