Advance of the model and etiopathogenesis of hypersplenism secondary to liver cirrhosis

肝硬化后期常发生脾功能亢进（简称脾亢），其发生的机制尚不太清楚。为探讨这一机制，不少学者进行了这方面的研究，本文就动物模型和发病机制进行综述。

Hypersplenism is often occurred in the later stage of liver cirrhosis, but its etiopathogenesis has not been clear . Considerable scholars have been working in this aera. This article reviewed the literatures on animal models and etiopathogenesis of hypersplenism in recent years.
