摘要
目的探索患者满意度和医生感知患者满意度的差异,检验患者满意度调查的效果。方法从医疗技术、就医环境、医疗设备、服务态度、医疗费用等方面设计患者满意度调查问卷和同内容的医生感知患者满意度调查问卷进行现场问卷调查。结果患者满意度和医生感知患者满意度几乎在各方面都存在显著性差异,医生不能掌握患者对满意度的想法,没有和患者达成共识。结论缺少向医务人员进行患者满意度的调查结果的教育,医务人员尚不能完全掌握以往患者满意度的调查结果,应该就患者满意度调查结果进一步对医务人员加强教育,建立和谐的医患关系。
Objective To search the difference between the patients' satisfaction and satisfaction awareness by doctors, and check the effect of the survey on patients ' satisfaction. Methods By designing a questionnaire about medical technique, medical environment, medical equipment, service attitude, medical charges etc, to inquire patients, and for the same contents, inquire the doctors of on - the - spot questionnaire. Results There are significant differences nearly at all points between patients' satisfaction and satisfaction awareness by doctors. Doctors cant master the thoughts of the patients and both of them don't come to a common understanding. Conclusions There is a lack of education on doctors about the survey results of patients/satisfaction, and doctors still don't master the survey results of the patients' satisfaction. So it is needed to strengthen the further education.
