国外儿童发展与福利状况综合评价研究的最新进展

The Recent Progress of International Comprehensive Evaluation Studies on the Development and Well-being of Children

儿童是国家和民族的未来,是经济社会可持续发展的动力。近年来,国际社会对儿童发展日益重视,部分国际组织和国家开发了儿童发展与福利综合评价指数。笔者综述了这些研究取得的进展,分别介绍了儿童发展的研究理念、评价维度、指标和权重的确定方法以及主要研究结果。这些经验对我国开展同类研究具有一定的借鉴价值。

Children are the future of a nation and they are the great potential for the sustainable social - economic development. International communities have paid more and more attention to child development, and researchers from abroad carried out a series of studies on the comprehensive evaluation of the development and well - being of children. In this literature review, the theoretical concept, dimensions and indicator system were introduced as well as the techniques of weight allocation and the calculating approaches. The research results were summarized in the end. These experiences will inform researchers in China to carry out similar studies.
