深圳武汉两地医护人员工作倦怠现状分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的了解不同地区医院医护人员工作倦怠现状,分析不同因素对工作倦怠的影响,提出有效干预措施。方法从沿海地区的深圳以及中部地区的武汉抽取3家医院,289位医护人员,采用工作倦怠量表MB I-HSS等对其工作倦怠、组织承诺等进行测量。结果医护人员普遍存在工作倦怠感,值夜班的医护工作人员更容易感到工作倦怠(P<0.05),未婚的医护工作者其工作成就感低于已婚者(P<0.05),不同地区医院的医护工作者工作成就感存在明显差异(P<0.01);而工作倦怠感与性别、职业、文化程度、职称、年龄、科室等关系不密切。结论值夜班、未婚、综合医院、发达地区等因素导致工作倦怠感加剧,医院管理者应对医护人员给予关怀、理解和支持。 Objective To study job burnout of medical staffs in different areas and hospitals, analyze different kinds of factors which affect job burnout, and bring forward effective intervention measures. Methods We chose Shenzhen city of coastal area and Wuhan of central areas, sampled three hospitals above city level, investigated 289 medical staffs with MBI - HSS, job burnout questionnaires to measure job burnout, organizational commitment, et al. Results The job burnout of medical staffs increased at large, night shift workers much easier to get it ( P 〈 0.05 ), unmarried medical staffs had lower sense of accomplishment than married ( P 〈 0.05 ), the job burnout in different areas and hospitals existed significant difference( P 〈0.01 ). However, the relations between job burnout and sex, occupation, education level, title, age group, et al, were not close. Conclusions Having night shift, unmarried staffs, general hospitals, developed areas, and so on, may prick up job burnout. Managers of hospitals should give much more solicitude, understanding and support to medical staffs.
