摘要
基于近红外吸收光谱分析技术,采用1.57μm分布反馈式半导体激光器(DFB LD)作为光源,应用二次谐波检测技术,实现了CO气体的浓度检测,与中红外CO气体检测系统相比,系统的灵敏度和稳定性得到很大提高。
Based on analysis of the near infrared spectral absorption, a method for carbon monoxide gas sensing using 1.57μm DFB LD as the light source and second-harmonic technique is demonstrated. Compared with the mid-infrared spectrum absorption, the sensitivity and stability are increased greatly.
