非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润的瘤细胞特点

The features of neoplastic cell on non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with bone marrow invasion

目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)发生骨髓浸润后的瘤细胞特征及其形态学改变。方法对96例经病理确诊的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的骨髓涂片及末梢血片,经瑞氏染色后,进行形态学观察,记录并分析其形态学改变。结果96例NHL中合并骨髓浸润共27例,发生率为28.13%,其中18例合并骨髓浸润,9例合并急性淋巴细胞白血病。骨髓中淋巴瘤细胞形态变化多样,不易鉴别,常见有淋巴细胞型、淋巴瘤细胞型和组织细胞型。结论NHL骨髓浸润率高,骨髓细胞学检查对NHL的正确分期有重要价值。

Objective To explore the morphologic characteristics of non - hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL） cells in bone marrow with susceptible to bone marrow invasion. Methods Smears of peripheral blood and bone marrow from 96 cases of NHL were observed with Wright - Giemsa stained under optical microscope. Results 27 of 96 patients （28.13%） with NHL were found bone marrow invasion, including18 patients with bone marrow infiltration and 9 patients with Leukemia. The variable morphology of NHL cells in bone marrow constitutes a difficulty in differential diagnosis with other cells be familiar with lymphocyte types, lymphoma cells types and histiocyte types. Conclusion The bone marrow examination is important in diagnosis for NHL.
