210 Cases of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation in Patients with Care

白内障是致盲眼病,手术是白内障患者复明的主要治疗方法。丽水市中心医院在2003～2006年间对210例白内障患者,进行超声乳化白内障吸出人工晶体植入术,通过术前护理、术后护理和出院指导等护理体会,认为白内障患者手术期护理的关键是眼部护理、生活护理、心理护理的贯穿始终。

Cataract is the main desease to cause the blindness.The surgery is the main treatment for patients to recover.Lishui Central Hospital,between 2003～2006,carried out 210 cases of cataract patients with a phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Through the preoperative care,the postoperative care and the guidance,the author thinks that it is the key to take eye care,life care and the psychological care throughout the perioperative nursing.
