Although the starting points are different, the both conclusions from Dirac＇ s cosmology and from our theory of damping scale of free currents of two classes are the same： the physical source of universe evolution and of particle evolution is gravitational constant decreasing with the lapse of time, on which there has been contention for a long time. According to some experimental facts and theoretical analyses available,it is hoped to do some clarifications to this contention.
