摘要 针对现有监控系统的局限性,提出了一种基于CDMA窄带网络的视频监控报警系统的解决方案,该方案采用先进的多媒体技术,特别适用于有线网络无法到达或者人员无法接近的场所的监控。首先介绍了系统的工作原理,接着分析了系统设计中的一些关键技术,包括视频转发技术、报警触发机制以及短信彩信处理等,最后探讨了系统的实现。 To make up for the limitation of existing video surveillance system, a new video surveillance alarm system based on the CDMA narrow bandwidth network is introduced. This system integrated the advanced network technology, the wireless communication technology and the multimedia technology, and it is especially suitable for the surveillance of places where the wired network is unavailable. The work principle of the surveillance system is presented, and some important techniques in the design are analyzed ,which include video stream retransmits principle, alarm mechanism and multimedia message service. At the end ,the implementation of the system is discussed.
