摘要
目的研究Ki-67抗原在胃癌组织中的表达水平及其与胃癌生物学行为和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测138例胃癌组织中Ki-67抗原的表达水平。结果Ki-67阳性率随着胃癌淋巴结转移程度加深而逐渐增加,且差异有显著性(P=0.003),而与肿瘤大小、组织类型、浸润深度、远处转移、pTNM分期均无显著性关系。Ki-67抗原表达阳性的病例三年生存率(28.0%)低于Ki-67抗原表达阴性的病例(52.4%),差异有显著性(P=0.003)。结论检测Ki-67抗原可帮助估计胃癌淋巴结转移及预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of Ki-67 antigen in human gastric carcinoma and its relation to biological behavior and prognosis. Methods The expression of Ki-67 antigen was determined by immunohistochemistry technique in 138 patients with gastric carcinoma. Results The expression rates of Ki-67 antigen increased by the region lymph node status. There was significance difference（P=0. 003）between the expression rates of Ki-67 antigen in different level of region lymph node status, but not in the size of the tumor, the type of the tissue, the depth of infiltration,the distant metastasis, the stage of pTNM. The 3-year survival rate of the group Ki-67（＋） was significantly lower than the group Ki-67 （-）, and the difference was significant （P=0. 003）. Conclusion Detection of Ki-67 antigen was helpful to evaluate the region lymph node status and the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
