摘要
聚硅酸铁铝(PSAF)是一种新型无机高分子混凝剂,因其高效的混凝性能,使用条件宽,药剂用量少,残留浓度低等而受到广泛关注。采用一步法用硅酸钠、硫酸铝(氯化铝)和硫酸铁(氯化铁)合成PSAF混凝剂,考察了不同制备条件对混凝剂混凝性能的影响,确定混凝剂的最佳制备工艺条件为:常温,(Fe+Al)/Si摩尔比为5:1,Fe/Al摩尔比为1:1,浓度(以硫酸盐计)为200 g/L。结果表明:此条件下合成的PSAF混凝剂性能优良,储存时间长。
Polysilicate aluminum ferric (PSAF), a new inorganic polymer coagulant, has been extensively concerned, owing to its high-effective coagulation performance, wide applicable fields, less chemical dosage, low residual concentration, etc. PSAF was prepared through one-step synthesis by using Na:SiO3.9H2O, Al2(SO4)3 (or AlCl3) and Fe2(SO4)3 (or FeCl3); the influences of different conditions on the coagulation ability of PSAF were evaluated and the optimal preparation conditions were achieved as follows: ordinary temperature, the mole ratio of (Fe+AI) to Si was 5, the mole ratio of Fe to AI was 1, the mass concentration (based on sulfate) was 200 g/L. Experimental results indicated that the prepared PSAF under these conditions has excellent coagulation efficiency and relatively long storage period.
