摘要
现场调查发现多数屠宰加工厂污水NH3-N难以达标的主要原因之一在于脱氮设计中NH3-N取值(以进水指标为准)错误。试验发现,屠宰加工废水厌氧氨化最佳水力停留时间为6~8h,NH3-N净增加率在90%~196%之间。厌氧氨化呈一级反应,据此,首次建立起厌氧氨化动力学模型。
It was found out in a spot investigations that one of the significant causes why the NH3-N in the slaughter-processing wastewater was hard to meet the standards lay in wrong NH3-N value taken (based on influent index) when design of nitrogen removal. It was discovered that when optimal HRT for anaerobic ammoniation of slaughter wastewater was 6-8h, NH3-N net increasing rate ranged within 90%- 196%; the anaerobic ammoniation was in the form of the first class reaction; according to this, the present authors first established the dynamic model of anaerobic ammoniation.
