摘要
针对洋茉莉醛生产废水的水质特点以及原处理工艺:混凝气浮-两相厌氧-SBR的不足,增设了铁屑内电解和膜分离处理单元,混凝气浮改为混凝沉淀,构成了铁屑内电解-混凝沉淀-两相厌氧-SBR-膜处理相结合的处理工艺。运行结果表明,出水达到了城市杂用水水质标准,且具有处理效果稳定、水力负荷高以及操作简便等优点。
Aiming at the characters of heliotropin production wastewater and the deficiencies of the original technological process (coagulation-two phase anerobic-SBR),a combined system with iron chippings internal electrolysis, coagulating sedimentation, two phase anaerobie and SBR membrane separation device was established by adding iron chippings internal electrolysis and membrane separation device to the original process, and eoagulation sedimentation replacing coagulating air floatation. The operational results showed that its effluent reached the standard of the urban general use water; the system possesses the characteristics of stable treating effect, high hydraulic load-proof and simple operation.
