在竞争激烈的建筑市场,施工企业信誉是其能否承揽到工程的关键因素之一。运用层次分析法分析施工企业信誉对企业无形资产的贡献率,评估企业信誉价值,有助于企业重视信誉建设,在建筑市场上站稳脚跟。
At high competition building market, the credit of building enterprises is a key factor, which can determine to reach the project. In this paper, analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the enterprises credit for contribution rate of intangible assets, and to assess the credit value of building enterprise, which helps them to pay attention to the building of credit, to stand firmly on the market of building.
