摘要 伴随经济全球化和知识经济的到来,越来越多的企业已意识到并购对企业的重要性。并购后的人力资源整合已成为决定企业并购成功与否的关键因素。介绍了人力资源整合在企业并购中的重要意义、国内外学者在这一领域的研究状况及存在的主要问题。 As the economic globalization and the knowledge economy come to us, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of merger and acquisition. After mergnce and acquisition,the human resource integration has become the key aspect whether the enterprises will succeed in the process of mergnce and acquisition.This article introduces the important significance of the human resource integration in the process of mergnce and acquisition,the research condition of the domestic and foreign scholars and the main existence questions.
