摘要
PID调节器根据检测到的水管中的压力信号、设定的系统运行压力信号进行PID运算,然后把结果信号传送到变频器,再由变频器驱动水泵工作。系统由PLC进行协调控制,根据需要使相应的水泵工作于变频或工频状态,同时为了增加系统的运行可靠性、安全性,通过PLC实现相关工况的逻辑互锁,以防止电路发生事故。
In this article, constant pressure water supply (CPWS) device fed by inverter with PLC is compared with the traditional water supply system, which has incomparable superiority. PID regulator basis examines the hydraulic pressure signal in water pipes so to carry on the PID operation, and transmits the result signal to the frequency-converter, which then drives the water pump. The system is regulated by PLC which makes the corresponding water pump work in the frequency conversion or in the labor frequency condition according to demand.Meanwhile, in order to enhance the reliability and the safety of the overall system operation, PLC implements correlation operating mode logic so to prevent system faults.
