Synthesis of Pyridinyl Thiazoles Compound

摘要 以乙酰吡啶为原料出发,经过溴代、环合,得到巯基吡啶噻唑,再经亲核取代,分别和碘甲烷、溴异丙烷和烯丙基氯反应,合成了3个目标化合物,并通过^1 H—NMR确定其结构。 The three target compounds are synthesized by using Acetylpyridine as raw material and by bromadon and cyclization reaction, and as a result Mercapto pyridinyl is obtained, And their chemical structurea are confirmed by ^1H-NMR.
