摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对浙江省高校体育院系现有的人力资源做了详细的统计,为了使体育资源达到合理化配置并得到充分利用,提出了一系列的人力资源共享的模式。
The article, using the methods such as literature research and questionnaire, presents a detailed totaling of the sports talents resources in Zhejiang colleges and universities. To achieve the rational collocation and full use of those resources, the author puts forward a series of models.
