鸡粪厌氧消化废液的生物处理研究 被引量:13

摘要 应用好氧接触氧化、颤藻附着生物床和水生植物联合处理新工艺,对厌氧处理后的难生化降解的、碳氮磷比严重失调的鸡粪发酵液进行小规模的生产处理,经处理后出水可达GB8978—88污水综合排放标准。颤藻为敞开处理系统中的优势藻种,固定在填料上的藻类去污能力强,脱氮、脱磷以及色素等效果好。充分进行光合作用,大量产生溶解氧能清洁水体。颤藻个大,易收集,定时采收后可作为畜用高蛋白饲料。通过生物联合处理系统,COD的去除率可达90.6%~94.8%,铵氮去除率达96.8%~100%,有效地脱去废水色素,稳定和加强了氧化塘的功能。 The newly combined treatment process of aerobic contact oxidation oscillateria attached bed and aquatic plants is adopted to treat the anaerobically digested poultry wastes slurry which is hard to biochemi degradable and imbalance in Carbon Nitrogen and phosphorous after anaerobic digestion in small scale productive application.Through the treatment,the effluent may reach the integrated sewage discharge standard of GB 8978-88.The oscillateria is the advantageous algae spice among the opening treatment system.The algae fixed on the filling material has stronger capability in pollution removing,and with better effect of denitrification,dephosphorous as well as depigment.After having the full photosynthesis,a large quantity of the produced dissolved oxygen can clean the water.The oscillateria is large in size,which is easy to be collected and can be taken as the high protein animal feed after harvest in time.Via the bio jointed treatment process,DOD removing efficiency can reach by 90 4-90 8%,the NH + 4-N removing efficiency can reach by 96 8%-100%,which effectively degrade the pigment of the wastewater,stabilizing and strengthening the function of the lagoon.
