摘要
目的:观察黄芪失笑散对结扎大鼠心肌缺血及缺氧缺糖心肌细胞的保护作用。方法:用冠脉结扎大鼠法及乳鼠心肌细胞原代培养法观察黄芪失笑散对CK-MB、cTNI含量的影响。结果:黄芪失笑散各剂量组的CK-MB、cTNI含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪失笑散具有抗心肌缺血作用。
Objective： To investigate the protective effect of Astragalus Shixiao Decoction on myocardial ischemia in rats and myocardial cells. Methods ： The Rat models of myocardial ischemia and the culture medium of the cardiac myo- cyte were detected to observe the effect ofAstragalus Shixiao Decoction on the content of CK - MB, cTNI. Results： Com- pared with the model group, Astragalus Shixiao Decoction can reduce the content of CK - MB, cTNI in the blood serum of the each group rats and the culture medium of the cardiac myocyte（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Astragalus Shixiao De- coction have the protective effect of myocardial Ischemia.
