分子遗传学技术在针灸学中的应用

Status of Application of Molecular Genetics Technique in Science of Acupuncture

目的:探讨分子遗传学技术在针灸学运用的状况。方法:对近10年(1994—2006年)分子遗传学技术在针灸学运用的文献进行概括、分析。结果:分子遗传学技术已在针灸学中得到越来越多的应用,并且针灸治疗作用机理的研究也取得了一定的成绩;目前研究所选用的对象仍然以实验动物为主,少见人体试验。结论:分子遗传学技术很可能有利于针灸学各种重要问题的阐明,而针灸学也很可能在人类基因组功能测试及基因转移方面发挥重要的作用。

Objective： To explore status of application of molecular genetics technique in science of acupuncture. Methods： Summarization and analysis on the literatures of application of molecular genetics technique in science of acu- puncture from 1994 to 2006. Results： More application of molecular genetics technique in science of acupuncture. Re- search of mechanism of acupuncture therapy have get progress. The most of objects of the research are experimental ani-mal, less are human. Conclusion： Molecular genetics technique would benefit to elucidate some important issue of science of acupuncture. Science of acupuncture also could play a role in human genome test and genetic transmission.
