摘要
目的:建立山萸肉饮片高效液相指纹图谱。方法:HPLC法。结果:建立了山萸肉饮片高效液相指纹图谱,不同产地不同批次山萸肉饮片HPLC指纹图谱相似度大于0.9。结论:HPLC指纹图谱可以用于山萸肉饮片质量的控制。
Objective ： Establish Arillus Corni medicinal slices ready for decoction highly effective liquid phase fin- gerprint atlas. Method ： HPLC. Result ： Established Arillus Corni medicinal slices ready for decoction highly effective liquid phase fingerprint atlas, different habitat different raid of Arillus Corni ready for decoction HPLC fingerprint atlas Similarity factor is bigger than 0.9. Concluaion ：The HPLC fingerprint atlas may use in the dogwood tablets ready for decoction quality control.
