美英中三国全科医学教育模式比较研究

Comparative Study on All-subjected Medicine Education in P.R.C.U.K. and U.S.A.

目的:借鉴国内外全科医学教育经验,探索研究"中医类别全科医学"教育模式。方法:应用比较教育学方法,以美、英、中三国为样本,对全科医学兴起的背景、医学教育和全科医生培养模式进行分析比较。结论:中医学与全科医学有惊人的相似之处;应对"中医类别全科医学"的内涵特点作出科学的诠译;制订中医类别全科医生培养标准;中医类别全科医学教育模式要适应国情。

Objective： The purpose of this thesis is to find out an education mode of all - subjected Chinese medicine. Mehtods： The method is to use comparable education. The author took P. R. C. , U.K. and U. S. A. as samples, and studied the background of all - subjected medicine, medicine education and education mode of all - subjected doctor com- paratively. Conclusion ： We can come to the conclusion as bellow. First, Chinese Medicine and the all - subjected medi- cine have great similarity. Second, we should interpret the conception of all - subjected Chinese Medicine in a scientific way. Third, we should set up the education standard of the doctor of all - subjected Chinese Medicine. Fourth, all - sub- jected Chinese Medicine education should fit the situation of China.
