银荆感冒颗粒抗甲型流感病毒的药效学研究

Effect of Yinjing Ganmao Granule on Influenza A Virus

目的:研究银荆感冒颗粒对甲型流感病毒的抑制作用。方法:体外接种甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株于狗肾细胞(MDCK),观察银荆感冒颗粒体外抗病毒作用;体内实验(1):以甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株滴鼻感染小鼠,观察14天,计算小鼠存活率及存活天数;体内实验(2):以甲型流感病毒鼠肺适应株滴鼻感染小鼠,观察肺指数,病理改变等。结果:银荆感冒颗粒体外抗甲型流感毒EC50为3.24mg/mL。银荆感冒颗粒10g/kg和20g/kg剂量组可明显延长甲型流感病毒感染小鼠存活天数,降低死亡率;银荆感冒颗粒10g/kg和20g/kg剂量组可明显抑制肺指数值,抑制率分别为31.4%和29.1%。结论:银荆感冒颗粒对甲型流感病毒有一定的抑制作用。

Objective .To investigate the inhibitory effect Yinfing Ganmao Granule on Influenza A Virus. Methods ： The inhibitory cytopathic effects（CPE） of Yinjing Ganmao Granule were observed by MDCK cell culture techniches. The experiment in vivo were done by the following two methods ： （ 1 ） The mice were given with Yinjing Ganmao Granule for 7 days and were given with 30μL Influenza A Virus by nose at sequenti luce. （2）The mice were given with Yinjing Ganmao Keli for 7days and were given with 30μL Influenza A Virus by nose at sequenti luce. We calculated the lung index and ob- served the pathological change. Resuhs ： The ECs0 of Yinjing Ganmao Granule on Influenza A Virus is 3.24mg/mL. The 10g/kg and 20g/kg groups of Yinfing Ganmao Granule can lengthen the survival days and cut down the death rate signifi- cantly. The 10g/kg and 20g/kg groups of Yinfing Ganmao Granule can inhibit the lung index of the infected mice and the inhibition ratio is 31.4% and 29.1% respectively. And it can also lessen the pathological change. Conclusion ： Yinfing Ganmao Granule has the strong effect on on Influenza A Virus.
