羊脂油炮制蒙药硫黄的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:为蒙药硫黄的常用炮制方法——羊脂油熔后水煮法确定较优化炮制工艺条件;比较羊脂油熔后水煮法与羊脂油熔后酒煮法的炮制效果。方法:以砷含量降低率为指标,通过正交实验确定较优化工艺条件,砷含量用原子荧光光度法进行测定。结果:本实验确定的较优化炮制工艺条件为,将硫黄与等量的羊油,在130℃熔融2次,每次熔融30min。结论:羊脂油熔后水煮法的祛砷效果优于羊脂油熔后酒煮法,同时也优于水菖蒲汤煮制法。 Objective: To provide the optimum method for the choicing of sulfur with mutton fat, and comparing the processing effects of the methods of by poaching and wine cooking. Methods : The orthogonal design was adopted to opti- mize the processing methods. The rate of debase of the content of arsenic determined was as a marker to evaluate the dif- ferent processes. Results: The optimum processing with mutton fat was: combining sulfur with equal mutton fat, melting twice at 130℃, keeping 30 min at each time. Conclusion: the effect of reducing arsenic's contents in sulfur by poach method is better than that by wine cooking, meanwhile precede to that by solution of rhizoma acori calamus.
