戊己水煎液对幽门螺杆菌感染胃上皮细胞凋亡的作用 被引量:2

The Effect of Wuji Solution on Apoptosis of the SGC-7901 Cells Infected with Helicobacter Pylori in Vitro

摘要 目的:探讨戊己水煎液(和剂局方)对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染的SGC-7901细胞凋亡的作用。方法:将H.pylori接种于SGC-7901细胞,然后加入不同浓度的戊己水煎液,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测SGC-7901细胞凋亡的组蛋白DNA片断。结果:不同浓度的戊己水煎液组其细胞凋亡与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:戊己水煎液具有抑制H.pylori感染的SGC-7901细胞凋亡的作用,而且随着戊己水煎液浓度的降低,抑制H.pylori感染的SGC-7901细胞凋亡的程度降低。 Objective: To explore the influence of Wuji Solution (He,li ,luFang) on apoptosis of SGC -7901 cells in- fected with Helicobacter pylofi( H · pylori) in vitro. Methods: H · pylori were introduced to the cells. ELISA was applied to examine the apoptosis Of SGC -7901 cells infected with H · pylori. Results: The apoptosis of cells with diffent density of Wuji Solution was lower than that of contrast group ( P 〈 0, 05). Concltttion: Wufi Solution inhibited the apoptosis of SGC - 7901 cells infected with H pylori. And with the lower of density, Wuji Solution inhibited the degree of the apoptosis lower.
