摘要
目的:探讨肾炎2号对IrA肾病大鼠肾小球内α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)表达的影响。方法:使用口服和尾静脉注射牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的方法进行IrA肾病模型的制作,治疗组、对照组造模同时分别给予肾炎2号(15g/kg)和福辛普利(4.17mg/kg)至12周末。观察尿常规、24h尿蛋白定量、肾组织的病理改变及肾小球内α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达。结果:①第7~12周末模型组的24h尿蛋白定量明显高于正常组、治疗组与对照组(P〈O,01)。②与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠肾小球内α-SMA的表达减弱(P〈0.01),但治疗组、对照组相比无明显统计学上的差异(P〉0,05)。结论:肾炎2号具有减轻肾小球内α-SMA的表达的作用。
Objective : To investigate the effect of NO. 2 prescription for nephritis on the expression of α - smooth muscle actin (α -SMA) in the glomcrular of IgA ncphropathy rat. Methods :Replicating IgA ncphropathy by taking orally acidified water ( containing 0. 1% bovine serum albumin - BSA) every other day and time - controlled vein injecting PBS buffer (containing 1% bovine serum albumin) after six weeks (one time every day, continuous 3 days ) , it takes 12 weeks. The treated group,cntrolled group are oralled decoction of NO, 2 prescription (15g/kg) and Fosinopril (4.17mg/ kg) respectively at the beg/nning of replicating model ( one time per day) ; Examine urine analysis and 24 hour urine pro- teinuria(24h Upm)amount from the end of 7th to 12th week ,Finnally observe the kidney tissue histopathology and the ex- pression of α- smooth muscle actin(α -SMA) in the glomemlar. Results :①It is found 24h Upm in M group is higher obviously than the other groups from the end of 7th to 12th week ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; ②Kidney immunohistochemistry shows expression of α - SMA in the glomerulus in treated group is decreased significantly than the model ( P 〈 0.01 ), but it has no difference between the treated group and controlled group ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion : It shows NO. 2 prescription has the function of reducing the expression of α - SMA in the glomemlus.
