摘要
以笔者收集到的乌塌菜资源为试材,研究了乌塌菜的部分光合特性。结果表明:不同鸟塌菜品种功能叶片的Pn差异显著;在晴天,乌塌菜叶片Pn的日变化为“单峰”曲线,一天当中Pn高峰值出现在12:30—14:30;乌塌菜不同生育期叶片的Pn差异显著,表现为产品器官形成期〉莲座期〉幼苗期;乌塌菜不同部位叶片的Pn不同,中部叶片的Pn显著高于外部和内部叶片的Pn。
Some characteristics of Wuta - cai were studied. The results showed that the differences of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of functional leaves in differernt species were significant. The diurnal change trend of Pn of leaves in fine was a single peak curve, the peak value of Pn appeared at 12 : 30 - 14 : 30. There were differernt Pn among differernt growth and development stages. We can see that the Pn of product apparatus forming stage was significantly higher than those of rosette stage and seedling stage. There were differernt Pn among differernt position leaves, and Pn of middle leaf was significantly higher than those of outside and inside leaves.
