摘要
详细介绍了一种新型的适用于高压IGBT的驱动模块的内部结构和工作特点,SKYPERTM 32驱动模块工作频率高,驱动电流大,具有完善的短路保护及短脉冲抑制功能。并介绍了该模块在基于飞轮储能系统的动态电压恢复器中的应用。结果表明,SKYPERTM 32是性能优良的新型IGBT驱动模块。
In this paper, a novel driver module for IGBT drive is provided.The internal construction and performance characteristics of SKYPERTM 32 are introduced in detail.This module features high switching frequency, high gate current, and has the functions of short circuit protection and short pulse suppression.The application based on the research of flywheel energy storage system for dynamic voltage restorer is introduced. The results demonstrate SKYPER^TM 32 is an excellent new type of IGBT driver.
