摘要
采用正交实验法,对袖珍菇多糖的热水提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明:热水浸提法提取袖珍菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶40,浸提温度85℃、浸提时间2 h,醇沉时乙醇浓度60%、醇沉时间4 h、醇沉温度25℃。
The orthogonal optimization experiment was used in this paper to study the extraction conditions.The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the rate of solid to liquid(1∶40),extracting temperature(85 ℃),extracting time(2 h),ethanol concentration(60%),depositing time by ethanol(4 h),depositing temperature by ethanol(25 ℃).
