上海地区绿色食品蔬菜中若干污染物容许限量的初步探讨 被引量:27

摘要 根据绿色食品蔬菜“安全、营养、无污染”的要求,通过对上海郊区蔬菜中若干重金属和农药含量水平调查,并经统计分析,提出了上海地区绿色食品蔬菜中Cd、Hg、Cr、Pb、Zn、As以及BHC和DDT的建议容许限量。其中,As、Hg和Cr分别为0.2、0.005和0.2mg/kg;BHC和DDT均为0.05mg/kg,Cd、Zn和Pb均维持原食品卫生标准。农药残留量,建议叶菜维持原蔬菜食品卫生标准,瓜茄果类减半。 The contents of some heavy metals and pesticides in vegetables in Shanghai suburbs were investigated and statistically analysed. According to the quality requirements for the green food vegetables, such as safety, nutrition and non-pollution, the tolerance lim-its of Cd、Hg、Cr、Pb、Zn、As and BHC and DDT in vegetables were suggested, among them,those of As, Hg, Cr were 0. 2, 0.005 and 0. 2 mg/kg, respectively; those of BHC and DDT were all 0. 05; those of Cd, Zn and Pb were all kept to the related vegetable food sanitation standards. As for pesticide residue tolerances, it was suggested that, those of leaf vegetables were kept to the vegetable food sanitation standards concerned and those of fruit vegetables were the halves of the standards.
