The Effect of Naturally Colored Cotton Blend on the Hand of the Woven

探讨混纺原料配伍对彩棉产品性能的改善。研究表明:天然彩色棉和白棉混纺,将使织物的手感趋于僵硬;Lyocell作为天然彩色棉的混纺原料,织物的手感趋于柔软活络,织物制衣的可成型性得到一定的改善,但织物的尺寸稳定性变差。模糊聚类分析表明彩棉产品具有一定的风格特点,一定量的其它纤维的混纺加入,产品仍能基本保持彩棉产品的风格特性。

The main form of the naturally colored cotton （NCC） based product is the blend. The suitable fiber added can significantly improve the properties of NCC based product. In this paper, a series of NCC based blends are made and the hand is tested by FAST system. The data suggests that, the blend containing both NCC and white cotton makes the woven be stiff hand, while with the addition of the Lyocell fiber, the fabric becomes softer and smoother, and has better performance of garment manufacturing, however the size stability becomes worse. Fuzzy cluster analysis also shows that the NCC has its own hand characteristic, and the addition of the other staple fibers in a certain amount for blend have no obvious impact on the hand of NCC fabric.
