摘要 在纺织纱线的张力测试中,为了对小张力进行有效的测试,利用电阻应变传感器作为信号转换器件,通过对其输出信号进行分析,设计出相应的小信号放大滤波电路。设计应用了高精度斩波稳零运算放大器芯片TLC2652作为小信号放大电路的核心器件,实验证明其放大效果理想,并给出了相应的实验数据。 In order to measure small tension effectively in the test system of spinning yarn, the resistance strain sensor is used as the converter. And the small-signal amplifying and filter circuits are designed respectively through studying the characteristic of outcoming signal of resistance strain sensor. In addition, the application of the high-precision and zero-clipper OP TLC2652 as the key part in the small-signal amplifying circuits is testified by the experiment . Experimental data is listed to testify the ideal result of the circuits.
