联合治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床报告

Clinical Study on the Combination Treatment of Mycotic Keratitis

目的:探讨药物及手术方法联合治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效.方法:根据真菌性角膜炎轻、重的不同,采取单纯用氟康唑和伊曲康唑的方法和联合结膜瓣遮盖治疗.结果:18例患者角膜溃疡完全愈合.结论:氟康唑、伊曲康唑联合治疗真菌性角膜炎是一种较安全有效的药物,对药物不敏感患者尽早行联合结膜瓣遮盖术,可明显提高治愈率.

Objective： To study the curative effect of medicine and operation jointly treating mycotic keratitis. Methods：According to the patients＇ conditions fluconazole and itraconazole were firstly taken orally,and the severe patients were treated with conjunctival flap covering simultaneously. Results：The corneal ulcer of 8 patients was cured completely. Conclusion： Fluconazole and itraconazole jointly treating mycotic keratitis are safe and effective. Patients who are not sensitive to these medicines should be jointly treated with conjunctival flap covering to increase cure rate.
