肝硬化食道曲张静脉套扎术的护理

Nursing Experience on Patients with Cirrhosis of Liver Treated with Esophageal Varix Ligation

目的:对食道曲张静脉套扎术治疗的术前、术中、术后的护理体会进行总结.方法:纤维胃镜下采用美国cook公司生产的六环套扎器对45例食道静脉重度曲张患者进行70例次治疗.结果:15例患者经1次套扎后曲张静脉基本消失.其余30例患者曲张静脉均显著减轻.所有患者均无明显的手术并发症.结论:良好的护理对该项技术的安全有效实施至关重要.

Objective： To summarize the experience nursing patients with cirrhosis of liver treated with esophageal varix ligation in preoperative preparation, intraoperative manipulation and postoperative care. Methods ： 45 cases of this disease were treated with six - ring ligator for 70 times through fibergastroscope. Resalts： 15 cases were cured for the first time, and the pathologic changes of the rest 30 cases were alleviated. No complication happened to any patient. Conclusion： High- quality nursing is very important for the safe and effective performance of this technique.
