摘要
我国宪政建设的基本路径应当是:完善现行宪法,从政治宪法走向宪政宪法;建立完善的违宪审查制度,从宪法实施的制度缺位走向制度保障;坚持和改善党的领导,从党领导下的宪政走向宪政体制下的党的领导;更新公民宪法观念,从权力本位观念走向权利本位观念。
The basic way of construction of Chinese Constitutional government should be - Firstly we should consummate constitution from political constitution to Constitutional government constitution. Secondly construct the perfect censor system of irregularity from the system absent to guarantee. Thirdly , stick to and consummate the party＇ s lead. Fourthly renovate citizens＇ constitution concept, change and the concept of power standard to right standard.
