介绍了影响色纯的常见因素,其中包括与设计、工艺过程和显像管使用有关的因素,以及一些常见因素引起的电子束着屏变化的规律。介绍了通过对全屏面99点着屏误差数据的数学分析,得出各种相关因素/分量对着屏误差的贡献量从而进行着屏误差的改进,同时给出了对着屏误差进行控制的一些方法。
This paper introduces the common factors that impact to the purity performance of CPT tube, including the factors related to design, process control and tube application, and the misregister regulation produced by some common factors. The way to get the contribution level to misregister from the relative factors/components by analyzing misregister mathematically at 99 points in the whole panel is discussed. Based on that, it can guide us to take actions for misregister improvement. In the paper it also presents some ways for misregister controls.
